Vicki Vidor, Chair (first appointed in 1994)
Vicki is a Company Director of The Victor Smorgon Group. Vicki has been a member of the Lighthouse Foundation Board since 1994. She has served on numerous fundraising committees with Lighthouse during that time.

Susan Barton AM, Founder (first appointed 1991)
Susan is the Founder of the Lighthouse Foundation and has been a Lighthouse Board Member since 1991. Susan has developed the Lighthouse Model of Care for youth at risk, and has had significant experience in caring for young people for over 25 years.

Caroline Andrews (first appointed in 2007)
Caroline is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Melbourne. In the past, she has worked extensively as a volunteer with a variety of not-for-profit organisations, including the Australian Conservation Foundation, Friends of the Earth, and Oxfam. Caroline has a passion for social and environmental justice, and she hopes to bring a young person's perspective to the Board.

Bernie Bicknell (first appointed in 2007)
Bernie is the Chief Executive Officer, Mitre 10 and a Director of Mitre 10 Mega Pty Ltd, Pinnacle Distributors Pty Ltd, Timber & Hardware Exchange Pty Ltd, and various Mitre 10 monthly interest companies. Bernie is also a member of The Pines Lighthouse Community Committee in Cheltenham.

Martin Bull (first appointed in 2007)
Martin is Director and Principal of Bull Garth Financial Services, a firm of Specialist Financial Advisers.  Martin is a chartered accountant and a certified financial planner and has been advising clients in taxation planning, wealth accumulation and financial advising for over 25 years.  Martin has been a member of the Pines (Cheltenham) Lighthouse Community Committee since 2002.

Bernie Durkin (first appointed in 2007)
Bernie is the Manager of Gambler's Help Eastern, Problem Gambling & Financial Counselling Service. He is also establishing the Ringwood Family Relationship Centre (RFRC), a new national centre being set up to provide counselling and mediation services to families. In the past, Bernie has worked for the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Wesley Central Mission, Australian Huntingtons Disease Association and Sudden Infant Death Research Foundation.

Richard Lloyd (first appointed in 1997)
Managing Director, James Dickson & Co Pty Ltd; Director, National Confectionery Wholesalers Ltd, National Distribution (SA) Pty Ltd, Statewide Distribution Pty Ltd. Richard has been a Lighthouse Foundation Board Member since 1997, and was Chairperson from 2001 to 2003. He has also served on numerous Lighthouse committees during this time.

Yvonne Row (first appointed in 2007)
Over the past 30 years Yvonne has established and operated a number of businesses, including a fashion boutique, restaurant and building renovation company, has been editor of a magazine, owned a marketing company and now an eco-living store, Passionfoods. Yvonne worked with Lighthouse in its formative years, providing strategic development, corporate relations and fundraising advice.
